I see that you're trying to update to macOS Mojave from macOS Sierra, but whenever you try to download you're directed to the Purchases tab. Once there, you're not able to select Mojave to update to. I'm happy to help!
Taking a look at the screen shot of your Purchases tab, I see that you have not just macOS Mojave listed, but also macOS High Sierra, listed. This tells me that you have previously downloaded, but not installed, macOS High Seirra. That means it's possible the issue you're having is the computer doesn't know which version of macOS to update to. To solve that, we can delete the downloaded macOS High Sierra and macOS Mojave installers, then you can go back into the Mac App Store and start the Mojave update from scratch.
To delete the macOS High Sierra and macOS Mojave installers already downloaded onto your computer, open Finder > Applications and locate the installer files. The file names will include 'Install macOS High Sierra' and 'Install macOS Mojave'.
